Remote learning for vulnerable learners - the evidence and the ethics

Updated: Mar 9, 2022

In response to the shift to remote learning as a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic, Speech Pathology for Schools ran a webinar titled “Remote learning for vulnerable learners: the evidence and the ethics”. The feedback from schools has been positive and we have made available the recording of this on our website. We also have available the whitepaper written to accompany the webinar.

Planning is required to ensure our vulnerable learners are supported. The aim is to prevent the gap between vulnerable learners and their peers increasing during this time, as the effect is likely to be long term. Options of support are provided along with the SPS five star rating scale for each of these options.
