• Manage your caseload and priorities autonomously 

• Hone essential soft skills to improve professional engagement and relationship with others    

• Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with schools leaders and the community that establish trust to deliver high quality speech pathology services to school communities 

• Become a leader through our team mentoring and/or student supervision programs 

• Lead and deliver team  workshops, PDs with current evidence based practice  

• Share knowledge, skills and approaches to build the capacity of the team 

• Be supported through regular 1:1 with an SPS Leader 

• Identify and innovate improvements in speech pathology practices for schools 

• Be provided with supervision, high quality professional development, coaching and career progression opportunities.
