Speech Pathologists

Manage your caseload and priorities autonomously

Hone essential soft skills to improve professional engagement and relationship with others

Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with schools leaders and the community that establish trust to deliver high quality speech pathology services to school communities

Become a leader through our team mentoring and/or student supervision programs

Lead and deliver team workshops, PDs with current evidence based practice

Share knowledge, skills and approaches to build the capacity of the team

Be supported through regular 1:1 with an SPS Leader

Identify and innovate improvements in speech pathology practices for schools

Be provided with supervision, high quality professional development, coaching and career progression opportunities.
